It's not often that you see the face of the person
behind a website. All to often, they're hidden in the
background, with no real-world experience in the area
they're dealing with.

Well at Platacare it's different, because my face is front
and center. So you know exactly who to blame
when the site goes wrong! How refreshing!

Also, I've laid myself bare in this 270 page book called
'The Crucible'. It's a book about my early life as a carer,
with all it's ups and downs. You see, I understand what
frustrates you, because I've been there myself.

The feedback we've had on the book is that its very
encouraging, eye-opening and has a message that
